Web Accessibility and Inclusivity

We aim to provide clear information and usable navigation for people with different access needs. If a page or task presents a barrier, please tell us using the contact below so we can consider an appropriate alternative.

Accessibility Features

Recent Wix scans identified issues with image descriptions, heading structure and colour contrast. We have corrected the shared logo description, improved headings and removed unnecessary graphics. Some automated findings still require review. Automated checks alone do not establish WCAG conformance.

We have checked desktop navigation, homepage text bounds, FAQ interaction and the public information and booking-hold pages. Mobile layouts have been checked in Wix preview, including the homepage, team, service cards, FAQ, footer, privacy, accessibility and booking pages. The mobile menu opens and closes using its buttons with the Enter key.
Testing the published site on mobile devices and comprehensive keyboard, screen-reader, zoom and third-party component testing remain incomplete. Please report any barrier using the contact below.

Third-party components

Wix apps and booking components need separate accessibility checks. Their accessibility has not been fully tested. We cannot currently declare conformance for those components. Patient booking remains disabled.

Accessibility Commitment

Consultations are not yet available. Communication support, reasonable adjustments and the suitability of video or telephone must be addressed in the approved patient pathway before launch. MyVirtualClinic does not plan face-to-face appointments at launch.
